By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, Figtree; font-size: 1rem;\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Use of the Service<\/h2>\n<p>Clientwise provides a cloud-based CRM designed for founders and small teams to manage leads, deals, and customer relationships. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must provide accurate account information.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.<\/li>\n<li>You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul><div><br><\/div>\n<h2>Accounts and Access<\/h2>\n<p>You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<h2>Subscriptions and Payments<\/h2>\n<p>Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
