These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clientwise (“Service”), a CRM platform operated by MB Services & Technology OÜ (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

Clientwise provides a cloud-based CRM designed for founders and small teams to manage leads, deals, and customer relationships. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Data and Customer Information

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Clientwise. By using the Service, you grant us the right to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to store and process any personal data entered into the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Use the Service in violation of data protection or privacy laws.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
